After a provider receipt exists, opening the plugin page requests its processing status using the public site URL and consent ID. A failed provider-receipt delivery may be retried twice, after approximately one minute and five minutes. While the Federated Catalog is active, the plugin also proves this installation's identity once and then sends a signed status signal about once a day; it sends a signed leaving signal when the plugin is deactivated or deleted, and a signed consent-off signal when federation is revoked.
